The Circular letter is addressed to al Classification Societies (CS’s) / Recognised organisations (RO’s), registered ship owners, registered bareboat charterers, managers, masters and representatives of vessel flying the Flag of Republic of Moldova, and provides guidance on compliance with the latest MLC 2006 Convention amendments.
